Always a calm environment in the clinic, very clean but not the sterile feeling you get at other vet offices. Staff goes above and beyond to explain options for treatment and are non-judgemental when it comes to budgeting concerns. They care enough to check in and follow up after appointments to make sure everything is going OK. It really feels like we are a team working to make sure Charlie is healthy, it is very nice to be included in decision making. I am so glad we found Minnepau!
